With unmatched enthusiasm, Elizabeth dedicates an immeasurable amount of effort into creating a seamless transaction process for both Agents and their clients. Drawing from 15 years of experience within the Real Estate sector, which includes her years as an Agent, Elizabeth uses her vast and intimate knowledge of the industry to create high volume sales systems, process checklists, and Agent support systems that streamline the day to day operations of Century 21 Agents. You’ll often find Agents seeking her guidance not only because of her knowledge, but also because of her encouraging and contagious passion for Real Estate. A Jill of all trades, Elizabeth has had a hand in every stage of production within her company. Using her acute attention to detail and flawless organizational skills, Elizabeth has successfully managed and completed all back-end processes for over 4,000 transactions. Through her training in the use of Century 21 Tools, Agents are given the opportunity for greater visibility by way of effective marketing tools which aid in the creation of marketing campaigns, website creation, and contact management systems. In light of her immense industry knowledge and expertise, Elizabeth was selected as 1 of 4 Brokers nationwide entrusted with the piloting and completion of the HomeBase system, a groundbreaking Real Estate transaction management system created for Century 21 Real Estate, LLC. Through her work as the Century 21 Martinez & Associates Lead Trainer, Elizabeth also provides hands on support through her weekly Compliance training sessions, Sales meetings, and Century 21 Academy. She also manages all company generated leads, providing any support an Agent may need during the process. Through a combination of her natural abilities as a leader and an expansive arsenal of Real Estate experience, Elizabeth has developed a signature style of energetic yet laser focused management that boasts a continuous Open Door policy. Her unending dedication to the Real Estate sector has solidified her position as one of our country’s most knowledgeable leading business figures.
Dennis Feldman brings an impressive 24 years of Real Estate experience to his position as Managing Broker of Century 21 Martinez & Associates. During this time, Dennis has maintained heavy involvement within the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR). This has included a position as Chairman of the Education Committee, member of the Professional Standards panel, Mediator, as well as a seat on the Board of Directors. His experiences with the GLVAR have resulted in a deep familiarity with our association’s code of ethics and bylaws. Whatever the issue – whether it be difficulties with a short sale or the final rounds of contract negotiations – Dennis is able to draw from his encyclopedic knowledge to assist Agents through roadblocks. Naturally, with such a sophisticated set of Real Estate expertise, Dennis has established his place as a beacon of support to agents on the sales floor. When he isn’t walking the sales floor assisting our Superstar Sales Agents, you’ll find Dennis providing vital administrative support. Whether it be guiding agents through difficult sales transactions, providing additional support on inspections, appraisals, contracts, or negotiations, Dennis’ hands on approach has greatly contributed to the streamlined sales environment of the Century 21 Martinez & Associates sales force. He remains committed to being present on the sales floor during business hours, offering an unwavering Open Door policy, and providing after hours and weekend support. He also provides intensive compliance training sessions, during which he delivers a combination of key industry updates and specialized knowledge he gained through specialized Real Estate designations. Diana Silva is an encouraging force guiding new Agents to success at Century 21 Martinez & Associates. As a Productivity Coach, she defines the steps required to succeed in the Real Estate business through one on one Training, motivation, and Coaching sessions. Creating tailor made business plans for each agent, Diana, in conjunction with Juan Martinez, provides Agents with the tools and confidence that only being prepared with deep industry knowledge and a solid support system can bring. She is a passionate and experienced motivator with a commitment to assisting Agents through the process of running a profitable business. You will always find that she is accessible on the sales floor, taking a hands on approach to guiding Agents on their path to success.
